About ProcedureDraft

A young man with black hair smiling, wearing a black zip-up jacket, standing in a cozy modern room with large windows and green plants in the background.

I have spent the past 10+ years working in engineering and operations, building and managing processes across manufacturing environments.

Throughout that time, I consistently saw the same challenges in small businesses and startups — critical processes were rarely documented in a clear, structured way. Instead, they lived in individuals’ experience or were passed down informally.

While that approach can work initially, it becomes difficult to sustain as teams grow.

Training takes longer, teams rely on constant back-and-forth, and small inconsistencies begin to impact quality. In many cases, a small number of individuals hold the majority of process knowledge, creating unintended bottlenecks and risk.

That is why I created ProcedureDraft.

Instead of writing procedures from scratch and pulling resources away from production, you can simply record your process as it is performed.

ProcedureDraft transforms that recording into a clear, structured procedure your team can consistently follow.

Our objective is simple — to deliver value by simplifying training, reducing reliance on individuals, and improving consistency across your operations.
